In 2016, Brasseurs de Gayant will open a new brewery in Saint-Omer. It will be an ultra-modern installation, which will produce 1 million hectolitres of beer every year. Such a new brewery also needs a new water treatment plant.
The installation combines anaerobic and aerobic treatment and uses sand filtration to meet the strictest phosphor norms. As such, Brasseurs de Gayant has already taken its first steps towards filtering the water for later reuse. The water treatment plant is the biggest one that Pantarein has constructed so far.
